The location was pretty good. Beautiful beach and some places to choose from where to eat. Also a supermarket close by. The beach had an amazing sunset. The hotel has a pool that we didn’t use. They also had some live music. Food was okay.
Staff was very friendly as all Fijians really.

Nadi itself is nothing much - it's a jumping-off point for folks travelling ion to a more glamourous location (the kind of place that one thinks of when one thinks of vacationing in Fiji).
I wasn't even aware there was a town centre till my last day - I just thought it was a collection of businesses gathered on either side of a main road.
There's a few cool places (shout out to Island Style Peanut Butter and Vasaqa restaurant - both are excellent and well worth a visit).

Nadi is a local town and not all tourists.
Nadi is a local town and not all tourists. There are many shops and you can usually find supplies for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, clothing, towels, bags, shoes etc etc
In addition to this there is a local cafe on the top floor of the mall building at the north end of the main street that has the best food in Fiji. Very un assuming but holy moly, best dosa I have eaten!
Craft market has pushy sellers. This is never unexpected though in this setting. Fruit market is quite an interesting walk.

Spent our time between the two Hiltons and rented a car to explore Fiji.
We were lucky with the weather and found everyone very polite and helpful.
Taxis were/are a good choice and make sure you ask someone what the cost should be as I was able to reduce the cost by half by knowing what the suggested rate was vs what they asked, it only happened once as the other drivers were all very realistic.
Having a kitchen in one of our rooms was helpful and allowed us to set our own schedule to match our times and cost.

Nadi should only be considered as a transit stop or somewhere where you might stay for a day or two before going to other parts of Fiji. If you don't want to go far from Nadi then consider a stay at Denerau which is 20 minutes away and a has a marina for access to the islands and outdoor activities. Denerau is more of a resort location.

Don't stay at this place.
Don't stay at this place. Took my jewelry while going to swimming pool. Checked out next morning to go to another destination and realized my jewelry was missing. My bad but at the same wasn't expected that. No lockers in the rooms. No privacy. You simply get what you pay for. Did make a phone call but still waiting for a call back and it's more than 2 months

Nadi is an amazing town and it has alot of things that tourist would love ti see, handicrafts, you have the bars ans night clubs for the younger generations and then you have Denarau Island which isn't far. Wailoaloa beaches also have amazing hotels on them.
Very friendly staff. 2 min walk to swim in the warm, flat sea (beach was a little more muddy than sandy). Little restaurant/bars by the sea. I had a private room (bunk beds) with a sink. The dorms were big, airy, had no bunk beds but also no privacy and nowhere to put your stuff. No lounge to hang out in but some sitting space in reception and a couple of picnic tables outdoors (plus a hammock). The neighborhood is safe, not close to town, more and more small-ish hotels being built in the area. Good value for money.
After a terrible experience with our first hotel in downtown, Airport Ace Hotel we’re nice enough to book us in at the last minute. The manager & staff were very helpful, always available for service when needed. After a few issues with 2 of the rooms the manager did not hesitate to upgrade us to a proper room with working toilet, lights and proper view of the mountains. she was very helpful.
Also enjoyed having aircon on everyday, much needed due to Fiji weather.
Included breakfast was cereal, fruit, toast, donuts one morning. I think you could pay for other options.
Dinner was BBQ and salads one night. The other night we just had bar snacks.
Hammocks we're very comfy.
Member of staff Latou (probably spelt wrong) was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel tried hard with entertainment but the live band was just one man singing
Another night they had Fijian singing and it was beautiful.
We have been in Fiji a few times. Since we've discovered the Fiji Gateway Hotel, we've been staying here when we are in Nadi. The rooms are very clean and well insulated for a good sleep after a flight. The beds are really comfortable, too. The staff are so welcoming and helpful each time. Although it is right next to the airport, it has a really generous size pool, which we love, an open air restaurant and a really nice atmosphere.
The staff were excellent. I fell in love with Fiji and have been to Tahiti and Bora Bora. Location. You can cook in the room. You have the market 2 minutes walk. You have many restaurants 2 minutes walk. Do not forget to see the typical Fiji dances in the closest hotels. Take the tours to Mala Mala Beach and go to Natadola Beach. You can pay for the day in the International Resort in Natadola, and you can credit the money to food,
The hotel grounds are well kept and the rooms are cool and comfortable. We loved sitting on our patio by the pool listening to the birds. We arrived at 7 am and the staff stored our bags while we went on an excursion, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good restaurant onsite and great Indian restaurant across the street. Taxi stand onsite, never had to wait for a cab.
Bula! It is a nice hotel not far away from the centre and airport. I went to Nadi for 2 days to celebrate my birthday. Amazing staffing gave me the opportunity to check in early because I was very tired. The room was clean and I also had free tea and coffee.
Thank you so much again
The location was good, right next to airport, Very easy to get in Nadi via busses and taxis and port Denerau. Not much around the hotel, we stayed one night and went to an island off Fiji. The Fijian people are really welcoming and lovely people. It was a pleasure to visit.
I ask front desk lady how much usually taxi cost from airport to hotel? She told me 20 Fiji dollar. And she know my taxi driver cost me $40 and she got so upset for me asked me my taxi driver‘s number and want he pay me back. 😅
Thank you !
This was quite a good apartment with fairly new bathrooms and kitchen. Very good value for the price. It was a perfectly fine place to start or finish your holiday in Fiji near Nadi airport. It has a small but good little pool there too.
it was very close to the airport and convenient for us to stay overnight before continuing our trip in Fiji. We arrived late at night and they allowed us to have a later check out time which was greatly appreciated!
Great location, love the pool and the swim up bar and the bures are awesome! The food from the two different restaurants was also some of our best in Fiji. Great for a couple or adult friends going away together!
We opted for an oceanview room, which was amazing. Our first night, we watched the traditional Fijian dancers and fire jugglers from our balcony. Very convenient to have a wonderful restaurant onsite.
fFriendly staff and located close to airport and Port Denarau. Hotel organised pick up and drop off at the airport. We used this hotel as transit 3 times during our Fiji stay. Great for the price.
