Hotel was a bit of a trek on public transport, but rooms were comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus. No restaurant onsite, and about 1km walk to nearest restaurant open, when we were there.

The rooms were fine. I loved the shuttle to Narita Station. From there you can walk through Chiba. An amazing area. If you are there for only a short time it gives you a very nice place to sightsee!
