The lady who greeted us was such a lovely lady, very welcoming, and showed us around the whole estate and all the wonderful animals and birds, our daughter was so pleased! She explained everything in perfect english, and was so helpful. The resort is fantastic and we wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever pass that way again, we will certainly stay there.
